Dr. Barbara Zajicek, RN, DDS

Dr. Barbara Zajicek is a native of Hutchinson, MN. She attended the University of Minnesota School of Nursing and received a BS degree with high distinction in 1976. In 1982, Dr. Zajicek graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry where she received her Doctoral of Dental Surgery. She has been practicing dentistry in Hutchinson since that time.

Dr. Zajicek has always felt her nursing background has been very helpful from the medical standpoint and in emphasizing a caring “people” side in providing dental care. She enjoys treating people of all ages and providing them with high quality dental care while listening to all dental concerns and desires as she directs their care.

Dr. Zajicek is a member of the Metropolitan Dental Study Club, MN Dental Association and the American Dental Association. She regularly attends post-graduate studies statewide and nationally to keep her clinical skills perfected.

Outside the office, Dr. Zajicek enjoys sailing, biking and skiing with her family. Her husband, Tom, is also a native of Hutchinson. They have two children, Jack and Caitlin.
